When I created Just For The Occasion in the late 90\u2019s, it was built on my passion for floral design. Back then, silk flowers were my thing. Over the years, I developed a love for fresh flowers and immersed myself in education and working under some amazing mentors. You won\u2019t find silks at our events these days, just beautiful fresh flowers. I love celebrations! Life is short and should be celebrated! It\u2019s true that life has its ups and downs. While we are on this journey, we should make the best of it! I choose to live a life of positivity and joy and bring that same energy to every endeavor undertaken. I wear many hats and I don\u2019t mind it at all. In addition to being an entrepreneur, I am a wife, mother of two amazing adult sons, and community servant \u2013 just to name a few. During my Corporate America life, I was an Information Technology professional that had the privilege of serving in various capacities.
